After a fixed-fee Discovery Sprint we give you an itemized scope and a fixed price for the build, so you commit with the numbers in front of you. You can also start with a small first version and expand later.
A focused first version typically ships in 3 to 8 weeks. We work in weekly sprints with a live demo each week, so progress is always visible.
It happens. We handle changes as small, clearly-priced adjustments rather than silent scope creep, so you stay in control of cost and timeline.
Every build includes a post-launch support window. After that you can keep us on a light "We keep it running" retainer, or take it fully in-house, your call.
