How involved does our team need to be?

Most during Discovery and rollout, least during the build. Expect a weekly demo and a short feedback session, we handle the heavy lifting and keep the loop tight.

What if our requirements change mid-project?

They usually do, and that is fine. Working in short sprints means we can re-prioritize between them. We keep scope transparent so trade-offs are a shared, deliberate decision.

What happens after launch?
