For embedded teams, the level sets the rate.

Every team is senior-led. Junior and mid engineers add delivery capacity under that leadership, so you never pay lead rates for routine work and never get junior judgment on decisions that are expensive to get wrong.

Because honest pricing depends on scope, and scope depends on your specific workflow. Rather than a misleading number, we run a fixed-fee Discovery Sprint that produces a clear, itemized estimate before you commit to a build.
During Discovery we break the work into well-defined pieces, size each one, and map them to outcomes. You get a plan that shows what each phase costs and what it delivers, so you can start small and expand with confidence.
Both. Well-defined builds can be fixed-price; evolving products and retainers work better as monthly capacity. We will recommend whichever protects you from surprises for the work in question.
It happens. We handle changes as small, clearly-priced adjustments you approve before they're built, so the fixed price stays meaningful and you stay in control of cost and timeline.
A fixed-fee Discovery Sprint, the smallest engagement we run and the front door to a build, a team or a retainer. If your problem turns out to be smaller than custom software, we'll say so on the call and point you to a cheaper fix.
Typically cloud hosting and any third-party AI/model usage, which you own and control directly. Optional support or retainer plans cover monitoring, fixes and continued improvement.
