Who we are

This website is run by IT Development, a software and AI development company based in Pančevo, Serbia.

When you contact us

When you fill in the contact form, we collect only what you choose to type in, so we can read your enquiry and reply to it.

What the form collects:

• Your name and email address, so we can write back.
• Your company, when you choose to add it, to understand the context.
• Your enquiry: the option you pick and the message you write.
• The page you sent the enquiry from, so we know which part of the site prompted it.

We keep these enquiries in our own database and use them only to reply to you and to follow up about the work you asked about.

We do not sell this information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How we measure visits

We use our own privacy-friendly analytics, hosted on our own servers, to see how the site is used in aggregate, for example which pages get read and roughly which countries visitors come from.

It is built to collect as little as possible. It sets no cookies, it uses no identifier that follows you from one site to another, and it reads your network address only long enough to estimate a country, then discards it, so no network address is stored. The data never leaves our own servers.

Because nothing is stored on your device, the site shows no cookie banner. We use no third-party analytics and no advertising trackers.

Your choices

You can ask us what enquiry information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the form and we will take care of it.

The analytics hold nothing that can be traced back to you, so there is nothing there to look up or remove.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page along with the effective date above.
